Planned Parenthood Illinois Action held a bilingual voter education event on Fri. Aug. 9 to discuss voting rights, combat voter suppression, and highlight the unity and strength of Back of the Yards through community discussions. A marketplace with small, local businesses and non-profits took place in advance of the meeting to encourage community strength and advocacy.
